Sonnet to The Leak in My Flat

This is a poem from my creative writing module coursework.
This is a satirical reimagining of the leak that frustrated my flat for a while. It uses a Shakespearean sonnet structure, which are known for irony, rather than the classic Petrarchan sonnet. Writing this poem was a lot of fun and if I’d had more time, I’d have loved to make a second part to the poem that would focus on the aftermath of the leak once it'd gone and the mold that continued to grow anyway.
